Manufacturers using Epoptia MES

How it works
From Soft1, production orders are sent to Epoptia MES which takes over production control. The production manager schedules from his computer screen. Production orders are distributed to production tablets via a very easy-to-use screen.
The operators through the screen see technical specifications, plans and any other information required, depending on the work station. Finally any information returns back to Soft1 for immediate information.
Integration with Soft1
Production orders are sent to Epoptia via Soft1 documents.
The circuits where they can be pumped are:
Customer orders, Production documents, Production orders, Warehouse documents

Plug & Play Module
The communication module has been developed specifically for Soft1 users through easy management tools. There is the possibility of mass sending of production orders, but also within the document in a special area concerning the interface with Epoptia.
In the range of tools there are the possibilities to cancel the shipment of a production order. Ability to send Customers, Items & BOMs. With appropriate filters and visual cues, the user is informed about the status of the orders.

Two-way communication
Two-way communication includes notifying SoftOne of completion of the production order and notifying the completion of a specific workstation through which the order passed.
In addition, there is the possibility of updating consumptions, BOMs, execution times of orders and others.

Updates from Epoptia to Soft1 are performed when:
– When a production stage is fully or partially completed at a workstation
– When a production order line is completely completed
– When the production date changes
– When there is a special command to update Soft1 from the Epoptia administrator
